  • The two Vanilla and TBC classic are outside, able to WOW TBC Classic Gold experience as it had been. And. . . And I would say that I enjoy the classic variations a whole lot less than retail today. It's a lot slower and easier. It's more clunky. It's far more grindy and time consuming. Rewards thing a great deal less because the PvE experiences are balanced around somebody with performance issues and a good deal worse awareness and skill of the game.

    Really is not that the matches have become worse, it's the player mindset which have changed. Coupled with a slew of tools for knowledge and learning. Individuals wanting to take shortcuts rather than learning, leading them to feel as though it's a grind when they can't simply jump into the rewards. People consume content a great deal quicker and use a ton of crutches to do it. They bypass most of the investigating and trial and error parts, which is exactly what they remember most lovingly in the old games, in favor for optimisation and min/max from the return. A whole lot of optimization isn't even about doing things , but removing things all together. Which also contributes to people whining that they"feel pressured" doing things as they are so utilized to being able to bypass it.

    I 100% believe that this was true in Hearthstone. I haven't played in a long time but back when they first started adding cards there would be a few new broken strategy everyone needed to play Blizzard sat around for weeks stating everything was fine prior to waiting to release a few half-assed counter in the next expansion. When it failed that they eventually delivered a balance patch to repair the original matter. I am positive people stuck around just to see if the new cards could alter anything the player numbers were fostered.

    Agree. I really do think there is an element of cheap Burning Crusade Classic Gold this devs fooling themselves into believing their"methods" and content are kind of fun. They definitely"overdesign", beginning with the rewards and working backward from there instead of really thinking if those systems themselves are enjoyable.
