It is quicker and a whole lot more easy to create an arcade soccer game than it would be to develop a simulation game. They do say that they have multiple games in evolution. Actually, would they even be able to announce a brand new Madden competitor while EA still has their own exclusive permit? I would be expecting an arcade soccer game then perhaps 2022 or even 23 they make a proper NFL game in the event the licensing allows. I think people underestimate what it takes to effectively build a game from the bottom up. EA can release a new Madden every year only because they take exactly the same game and change maybe a couple of things. If they are doing a proper NFL game, it's gont require 2k some opportunity to build it up.

I think this is a spin on the situation. I see this as a essential step in the ideal direction to buy Madden 20 coins. At this point in time the NFL has to gain by even giving 2k their game. They expand EA's license for one more decade and can very easily go into 2021 and take within their cash. This 2K game isn't likely to be quite as rewarding as Madden and the NFL knows that. Will be a drop in the bucket for them. I see this more of a pastime for 2k and less of a money grab for the NFL.
