  I dunno maybe one of mt for sale 2k20 these modes would have a monthly subscription fee the rated Team Builder mode. Along with the Glitched mode would nevertheless make its crazy cash from the mad cards out there. Just throwing an idea out there instead its only has so much potential and it has destroyed from these cards.   I get what it is you are trying to state (mtg mention was good) and it was"kinda" utilized in the past. We had"seeds" in which you might only use 1 golden, then 3 golds then a few gems etc.. The bad thing about this was for moving up those seeds, that there was an group that is best. It functions in card games like MTG because they have several styles play (controller,mid range, aggro) and its rather balanced. In 2K what's broken. 5-out or bust. You conduct a play and next time it wont work. However much they will attempt to balance a mode a cheesy card will probably slide in and its finished.
  
  The manner has gone sorta stale I love GO Luka backcourt and my GO Big O, D Reddish, D Lamar and PD Dino frontcourt, using a seat including reward cards and players.   I have tiers of cards I play with. In gerneral although not necessarily you will get paired against cards with lesser tier cards yourself. Thon and new amy mo bamba are fun too. You don't have to sell everyone to mix it up.
