For some reason this year that the A.I seems a lot less self aware than at nba2k21 mt and because of it, it's lot more difficult to attempt to intercept a pass on defense. My user controlled player won't go for an animation that intercepts the pass, if I clearly jump to intercept it. Players generally feel incredible slow when compared with 2k19, I really don't like it. The dilemma of needing our participant to drive to the rim to either attempt a dunk or layup but takes a jumper seems far more rampant than in previous years.
Also when I am on a one on one break to the rim, more often than not the game will give me a layup animation which has a minimal success of scoring. And I am not speaking about a 68 MyCareer participant, I am discussing a player like Iggy will get a low success layup animation. In 2k20, in other words I feel as I have control of what is likely to happen it feels like animation roulette when I drive into the rim this season. A slasher was made by me and I can not drive baseline. If I try to undo or dunk or anything and drive baseline I get this hop step into a layup or a dip that sticks out. It is infuriating.
May 2k no longer employ a cinematic storytelling to get the MyCareer mode. May 2k allow the consumer the privilege of creating their particular story/path from the options made through a line a questioning. May 2k Add restricted (1 minute) cutscenes before and after a choice is made because anything greater than that in my opinion takes away from the actual game that I genuinely enjoy playingwith. Allow us the privilege of choosing a name/nickname because it adds to the private experience of the mode therefore permitting it to be MY CAREER from a listing of names that are prerecorded which can be used to get cutscenes. We please curate our menu music and stadium music. (Much like MLB the Show). Allow us the liberty of editing songs to increase the menu music/arena music with reverb and other SFX.
Reduce the price of aesthetics/cosmetic items accessories and especially shoes. mt prices 2k21 players aren't currently spending thousands of dollars to play in-game. After we are drafted in the first round we shouldn't spend tens of thousands of VC on shoes to play in. It isn't realistic. Maintain the draft mix and depending on our draft position, let us the liberty of a shoe deal instantly. Most selections within the 5 have a shoe deal before they've played with one NBA game. Let us that luxury too. It is more realistic that a high selection has on new shoes than generic 2k shoes. One facet of the sport is to live like an NBA player.
