Overall Can Not Complain Too Much

If they are out of retirement, they do not age, they will be the exact same age as if they retired 3 seasons later. In addition to the sim is soooo god awful in 25 so nothing has burden. Example being, in one of my franchises a qb had a 0.2 passer rating in the afc championship, I had 3 pick sixes in the sb on sim, and also my qb won mvp throwing 24 tds 8 ints. Yeah 25 was no where near perfect or in depth as the ps2 gen of maddens. However, this was the first entrance in the Xbox one and guy at least they tried and could have built upon it and made things better but they fought it and Madden nfl 21 coins wasn't the worst but I still believe it hastened us to what we have now.
It crazy. You can literally return to any madden throughout the rebuilt phase (later PS2) and only pick and choose which one was your favorite because they constantly remove and include features and gameplay elements each and every year. So it never actually improves year after year as it should. I am currently playing M17, also it's really not that bad. Madden 21play was more physics based than cartoon based at that time and plays don't really all play out the same because of it. I actually saw a sack in which my defender dragged the QB down from the back of his jersey in a really unscripted way you just will not see in Madden now.
It is astonishing because M18 is another old Madden I still have and it functions like trash. They began moving more animation heavy I guess as it looked more crisp to them and maybe a few Madden players, but it simply feels too scripted. The run game was dreadful, you got 0-2 yards before the defense decided to all rush the LOS providing you with a guaranteed TD which occurred at least twice a game. And the pass defense only appears to zig and zag at warp speed aimlessly around the area making it impossible to genuinely read the field.
People who are planning to buy Madden 21, Why?
I won't buy from EA this year. But I will get my hands on it without them getting a cent. And if you do, do not buy whole price, as you're not getting a full game. Receive trial or a gamefly sub and check it or wait to have it discounted. Pro-tip also on PC you are able to get origin access for 1 month for $15 and can try buy Madden 21 coins and the majority of the EA library before buying games you might never playwith. It is not worth the $15 if you are only likely to test Madden, but it is worth it if you would like to try out a lot of games they've made.
