If they just gave us mad power in there where

  • I switched to ESO. It's not ideal, but I can have as WOW TBC Classic Gold much narrative as I want in my own pace and the dialogs are even voice acted.

If they just gave us mad power in there where we mow down groups it would not be so bad. Rather it's mostly crap, a couple that are crap if you don't get the right a couple of skills, and a few more thay are good. Nothing really spec shifting either.

The crazy part about WoW for me personally is the use of the PTR to check expansions and stains using players. It is basically free labor by players. But how often do the devs actually take the critiques given to them? I know that Torghast in the alpha was quite popular among pretty much ever WoW content creator I followed. Yet they rather carved out most of the fun bits, forced players to go through it for yet another currency, and then still had to go back and nerf it since they'd added in arbitrary affixes which were very unpopular.

SWTOR nowadays is pretty damned fine because they shifted it up and made it so just performing the story missions on the planets was enough, and the stories are great, although some expansions are certainly better than others. I am quite pleased to return to SWTOR for a couple weeks every once in a while.

If you want to experience a game that has a good story you can casual to your hearth's content without sacrificing the basic MMORPG mechanics (I think ESO lacks), I advise you try FFXIV. On top of that, unlike WoW, FFXIV keeps all dungeons and raids level synced and has them onto a roulette, meaning you can always find gamers to run them more or less how they were at launching.

I will willy-nilly through the map and there's a pursuit and someone to speak to everywhere. I realised I adored GW2 when a caravan quest was about to begin and a priest came out and gave a speech, blessing the journey and the caravan NPC was commenting beneath their breath

I know that it's a repeating quest. I understand those NPCs are not really significant and all

But the attention to detail made me love it. I wanted to waste that time, I needed to stand there, listening to the priest and also to the NPC who was just as impatient as a player and just wanted to GO

The classes also appear to be balanced, actually. Even the buy WOW Classic Burning Crusade Gold paid one is not needed to get fun, it's just different. Along with the Living World updates are a lot of fun
