    You must all be in the same clan channel. The rings for seekers work, but they're ineffective. They just buzz, and do not give any indications about how close you're to one another (or else I'd be unable to get it to work). Problem is, every person within your channel will appear purple on the map. If you're buzzing enough, you're on it. You can't tag someone. The only thing I can think of for a tag has to be an animal or cheap RuneScape gold carrot however, even that's not got the clan functionality integrated.
