The last and most important point is that you can't PVP wilderness realms. Never. There was one thing not present in the PVP/BH worlds: the excitement of the wild. This was the most effective experience I've witnessed in any game.
Pvp meeting pve players. There was a way to utilize the resources available, like treasure trails, runes and dragons to earn rewards. But, it was not a obligation. The above mentioned points for quests are valid because everyone must have access to the content. But, keeping certain areas safe is not the goal of quests. This is the thing I am most concerned about. If a place is secure from attack that defeats the goal of quests.
Since there's a safe place just a step away, it is unlikely that any runecrafter should make use of the deadly deep. Zombie-hunters in armour can move to a safe world after leaving the wild. Actually, this could be done for any kind of world. This is a request. Don't propagate the notion that "safe" realms are located in the wild. This is a detriment to the goal and hinders the pleasure of being in the wilderness.
